Scrambled Eggs in a Mug

1 egg Time: 7 mins. Serving: 1
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp shredded cheese
Favorite veggies
Crack egg into microwave-safe mug and beat with fork until even in color. Pour in milk and beat until light yellow in color. Add in your favorite veggies and heat in microwave until cooked through and fluffy, about 90 seconds. Sprinkle pepper over egg.
*Bell peppers, tomatoes, or spinach work great in this dish!

Add your favorite vegetables (i.e. bell peppers, tomatoes or spinach) and meat (i.e. sausage, ham or chicken) to your eggs for a more wholesome breakfast!
