Grilled Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients: Time: 5 mins. Serves: 1
Slice of bread
1 slice cheese, American
2 tsp butter
Directions:
Flatten out bread slice with a rolling pin. Cut off crust. Top bread with cheese slice and roll up tightly. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Once melted, add roll-up (seam-side down) and cook until cheese is melted and bread is browned, about 3 minutes.

Use 100% whole wheat bread to increase your whole grain consumption. Add lunch meats (i.e. ham or turkey) to roll-up to add protein.
