Simple Guacamole

Ingredients: Time: 5 mins. Serves: 6
2 large avocados, ripe, peeled
1 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (about 12 springs)
Directions:
Place avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add lime juice and salt. Once guacamole is near desired texture, stir in cilantro.

Avocados are a healthy fat, providing omega 3 fatty acids, as well as several vitamins and minerals!
